Bendito Destino Albillo Mayor is a rare and highly expressive white wine from Ribera del Duero in northern Spain, crafted by the artisanal project Bendito Destino. Made from century-old Albillo Mayor vines, this wine reflects a deeply traditional yet modern, minimal-intervention philosophy. Grapes are hand-harvested, often foot-trodden, and fermented with native yeasts, with aging in French oak barrels. The result is a textured, complex white wine that blends richness, freshness, and a distinctive oxidative Burgundian-inspired style.

Albillo Mayor is a historic Spanish grape native to Ribera del Duero, known for its glycerol richness, subtle aromatics, and smooth texture.
