Chantal Lescure Beaune 1er Cru “Les Chouacheux” is an elegant and age-worthy Pinot Noir from Beaune in Côte de Beaune. Produced by Domaine Chantal Lescure, this Premier Cru wine comes from a 1.5-hectare parcel of old-vine Pinot Noir planted on iron-rich clay-limestone soils. The estate is organically certified and known for low-intervention viticulture and terroir-driven winemaking. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in oak barrels for approximately 16–18 months, the wine combines concentration, freshness, and refined Burgundian structure.
