Château Cabezac Belvèze Grande Cuvée is a premium French red wine from the prestigious Minervois AOP in the Languedoc region of southern France. Produced by Château Cabezac, one of the leading estates in Minervois, this flagship cuvée showcases the richness, structure, and Mediterranean character for which the appellation is renowned. The estate has earned a reputation for crafting age-worthy wines that combine traditional Rhône varieties with modern winemaking techniques.

The wine is crafted from a classic southern French blend of Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Grenache, sourced from low-yielding vineyards planted on limestone and clay soils. Each variety is vinified separately before careful blending, followed by extended maturation in French oak barrels to enhance complexity, structure, and elegance. The result is a full-bodied red with concentrated fruit, refined tannins, and excellent aging potential.
