Produced from a blend primarily of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir sourced from top cool-climate California vineyards—including Alder Springs, Keefer Ranch, Rorick Vineyard, and Linda Vista—this wine is inspired by grower Champagne while expressing a distinctly Californian identity.

Made using native fermentation, extended lees aging, and minimal-intervention techniques, Cruse Tradition is known for its layered complexity, vibrant minerality, and textured mousse. Many releases also incorporate reserve perpetual cuvée wines dating back multiple vintages, adding depth and consistency.
