Produced from a constantly evolving blend of heritage and lesser-known grape varieties—including Valdiguié, Carignan, Petite Sirah, Tannat, Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, Syrah, and mixed field blends depending on the vintage—Monkey Jacket is designed to capture the vibrancy, diversity, and drinkability of California wine culture.

Sourced primarily from organically farmed vineyards across California’s North Coast, the wine is made with native fermentation, partial whole-cluster inclusion, restrained extraction, and minimal-intervention techniques. The result is a fresh, energetic red that balances old-vine concentration with remarkable brightness and versatility.
