Cruse Wine Co. White Zinfandel Eaglepoint Vineyard is a distinctive pétillant naturel (pét-nat) sparkling wine crafted by acclaimed California winemaker Michael Cruse. Produced from organically farmed Zinfandel grown at the high-elevation Eaglepoint Ranch Vineyard in Mendocino County, this wine reimagines the classic California White Zinfandel style through the lens of artisan sparkling winemaking. The vineyard sits roughly 2,000 feet above Ukiah, where cool mountain conditions preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. The wine undergoes a short skin maceration before fermentation and is bottled before fermentation is complete, creating natural carbonation in bottle with no dosage and minimal intervention.
