De Sousa Cuvée des Caudalies Blanc de Blancs Brut Grand Cru is a prestigious biodynamic Champagne from the renowned grower-producer Champagne De Sousa, based in Avize in the Côte des Blancs. Made exclusively from 100% Chardonnay sourced from old-vine Grand Cru parcels (primarily Avize), this cuvée represents one of the estate’s most refined and expressive wines.
Crafted from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards, the wine is partially vinified and aged in oak barrels, with extended lees aging (often 4+ years) and a significant proportion of reserve wines. The result is a powerful yet precise Blanc de Blancs that balances richness, chalky minerality, and exceptional tension.
