De Sousa Cuvée des Caudalies Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Grand Cru is the flagship prestige cuvée of the family-owned Champagne house Champagne De Sousa. Produced exclusively from 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay grown in the chalk-rich soils of Avize in the Côte des Blancs, this biodynamic Champagne is crafted from old vines, many over 60 years of age. The wine is fermented and aged entirely in oak barrels, incorporates a perpetual reserve dating back to the mid-1990s, and spends a minimum of 48 months on its lees before release. This meticulous approach creates a Champagne of exceptional depth, texture, and mineral precision.
