De Sousa Cuvée des Caudalies Le Mesnil Extra Brut Grand Cru is an ultra-premium, single-vineyard Blanc de Blancs Champagne produced by the biodynamic house of Champagne De Sousa. Crafted exclusively from 100% Chardonnay grown in the famed Les Chétillons parcel in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, this cuvée represents one of the purest expressions of Côte des Blancs terroir.
The wine is sourced from century-old vines, fermented with indigenous yeasts, aged in oak barrels, and matured extensively on lees before release. Minimal dosage allows the chalk-rich Grand Cru site to shine, delivering remarkable precision, minerality, and longevity.
