Produced from Grand Cru vineyards in Avize and Aÿ, this exceptional cuvée combines the finesse and minerality of Chardonnay with the depth and red-fruit character of Pinot Noir.

Made from organically and biodynamically farmed old vines, the wine is partially fermented and aged in oak barrels and matured extensively on its lees before disgorgement.
