De Sousa Extra Brut Réserve is a refined biodynamic grower Champagne from the acclaimed family estate Champagne De Sousa in Avize, at the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Crafted from a classic Champagne blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, this cuvée emphasizes purity, terroir expression, and freshness through low dosage and meticulous vineyard work.

Produced from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards, the wine incorporates a significant proportion of reserve wines to enhance complexity and consistency. Extended lees aging and restrained dosage allow the chalk-rich soils and natural vibrancy of the fruit to take center stage, creating a Champagne that is both precise and highly gastronomic.
