François Carillon Puligny-Montrachet is a refined village-level white Burgundy made from 100% Chardonnay, sourced from multiple parcels within the prestigious Puligny-Montrachet appellation in the Côte de Beaune. Produced by the renowned Carillon family estate, the wine reflects the hallmark precision of Puligny terroir—combining mineral tension, elegance, and purity of fruit. Vinified with careful use of oak and extended lees aging, it expresses both depth and freshness in a classic Burgundian style.

Pale gold with greenish reflections, bright and clear.
NOSE:
Delicate and layered, showing citrus blossom, lemon zest, green apple, white peach, and subtle floral notes. Hints of hazelnut, wet stone, and light toasted oak add complexity.
