Hacienda López de Haro – Clásica Blanco Gran Reserva Rioja is a rare and prestigious white Rioja that pays tribute to the great age-worthy wines of the region. Produced by Hacienda López de Haro, this Gran Reserva is crafted from carefully selected old-vine Viura, often blended with traditional Rioja white varieties depending on the vintage.

Following Rioja’s classic winemaking tradition, the wine undergoes extended aging in French and American oak barrels, followed by prolonged bottle maturation before release. The result is a complex, elegant white wine that combines tertiary development with freshness, making it one of Rioja’s most distinctive and collectible white styles.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Deep golden yellow with brilliant amber reflections, indicative of its extended aging.

NOSE:
Highly complex and evolved, offering aromas of baked apple, quince, dried apricot, orange peel, acacia honey, toasted almonds, hazelnut, vanilla, brioche, and delicate spice. Nuances of chamomile, saffron, and beeswax develop with aeration.

TASTE:
