Heitz Cellar – Lot C-91 is a flagship Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon from the historic Heitz Cellar. The wine revives a legendary one-off cuvée first created by founder Joe Heitz in 1969 as a "best of the best" expression sourced from the estate's top vineyard sites. Modern releases are crafted from select lots drawn from Heitz's renowned Napa Valley vineyards, including sites in Oakville, Rutherford, Howell Mountain, and St. Helena, depending on the vintage. The result is a Cabernet Sauvignon that combines power, elegance, and remarkable aging potential.

Deep ruby-garnet with vibrant purple highlights.
NOSE:
Complex and expressive, with aromas of cassis, blackberry, black cherry, red plum, violet, cedar, graphite, Earl Grey tea, baking spice, sage, rosemary, and subtle chocolate notes.
TASTE:
Full-bodied yet remarkably refined. Layers of blackcurrant, dark cherry, and ripe plum are supported by finely integrated tannins, vibrant acidity, and savory notes of herbs, pencil lead, tobacco, and cocoa. The wine is known for its balance between concentration and freshness rather than sheer opulence.
