Henri Magnien – Côte de Nuits-Villages Queue de Hareng Clos François Thurot Monopole is a distinctive single-vineyard Burgundy Pinot Noir produced by Domaine Henri Magnien in the Côte de Nuits. The wine comes from Clos François Thurot, a monopole (sole-owned vineyard) located in the lieu-dit Queue de Hareng above the village of Brochon, near Fixin. The vineyard's limestone-rich soils and favorable north-south exposure contribute to a wine that combines freshness, elegance, and terroir-driven minerality. The wine is typically matured for around 12 months in French oak, with a modest proportion of new barrels to preserve fruit purity and vineyard character.
