Produced under the Anne et Jean-François Ganevat négociant label, Kopin is a unique blend of Chardonnay, Savagnin, and Riesling sourced from Jura, Burgundy, and Alsace respectively. The grapes are co-fermented and aged in large oak demi-muids, resulting in a wine that transcends regional boundaries while showcasing Ganevat's signature precision, energy, and terroir-driven philosophy.

Farmed organically and biodynamically, Kopin exemplifies the innovative spirit of one of France's most revered natural wine producers, combining freshness, texture, minerality, and complexity in a singular expression.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Pale gold with brilliant clarity and youthful green reflections.

NOSE:
Expressive and aromatic, revealing notes of green apple, pear, Meyer lemon, mandarin, citrus blossom, pollen, almond, and crushed stone. Subtle hints of butter, toasted nuts, and flint add further complexity.
