Joseph Cartron Pamplemousse Rose is a French grapefruit‑based liqueur crafted by Maison Joseph Cartron in Burgundy, France, a family‑run artisanal producer of fine liqueurs since 1882. Made from carefully selected pink grapefruits from Israel and Florida, the fruit is pressed and blended with neutral spirit and crystalized sugar to create a refreshing, fruit‑forward liqueur with authentic citrus character and a naturally pale rose‑pink colour. This expression is bottled at approximately 18 % ABV (36 proof) and is ideal as an aperitif, digestif, or cocktail ingredient.
