Created under the guidance of renowned winemaking talent and inspired by Burgundian traditions, AVNI Chardonnay is designed to express the region’s cool-climate character through purity of fruit, vibrant acidity, and subtle oak integration. The name "AVNI" is derived from the Sanskrit word for "earth," reflecting the winery’s commitment to site expression and sustainable viticulture.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Brilliant pale gold with light green reflections and exceptional clarity.

NOSE:
Fresh and expressive, with aromas of lemon zest, green apple, pear, white peach, and nectarine. Layers of citrus blossom, crushed stone, hazelnut, and delicate brioche add complexity and elegance.

TASTE:
Medium-bodied and beautifully balanced, offering flavors of crisp orchard fruits, Meyer lemon, white peach, and grapefruit.
