Mongeard-Mugneret Nuits-Saint-Georges Les Plateaux is a classic expression of Pinot Noir from the renowned Nuits-Saint-Georges appellation in the Côte de Nuits, Burgundy. Produced by Domaine Mongeard-Mugneret, a historic family estate with centuries of winemaking heritage, this wine showcases the structure, depth, and aging potential for which Nuits-Saint-Georges is celebrated.

The Les Plateaux vineyard is situated on elevated slopes where limestone-rich soils and excellent drainage contribute to wines of freshness, concentration, and terroir-driven character. Compared to some of the appellation's more robust bottlings, Les Plateaux often combines the power of Nuits-Saint-Georges with notable elegance and finesse.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Deep ruby-red with youthful purple highlights and excellent clarity.

NOSE:
Expressive and complex, featuring aromas of black cherry, red currant, wild strawberry, and plum. Layers of violet, rose petals, forest floor, spice, cedar, and subtle earthy notes add depth and sophistication.

TASTE:
