Nardini Acqua di Cedro is an elegant Italian citrus liqueur made by infusing the thick, aromatic peel of Cedro, a citron variety known for its intensely fragrant skin and minimal juice. Produced by the historic Distilleria Nardini in Bassano del Grappa, Veneto, it is often described as the “noble cousin of limoncello.” Its crystalline appearance and vibrant Mediterranean citrus character make it a refreshing digestif as well as a versatile cocktail ingredient.
