Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Pale gold with brilliant clarity and a persistent stream of fine, delicate bubbles.

NOSE:
Fresh and expressive, revealing aromas of lemon zest, grapefruit, green apple, pear, and white peach. Floral notes of acacia and white blossom are complemented by hints of brioche, toasted almond, and chalky minerality.
