La Réserve represents a step up in depth and complexity from the house’s Extra Réserve, showcasing a higher proportion of carefully selected Premier Cru and Grand Cru fruit, along with a significant reserve wine component for added richness and maturity.

Crafted from a classic Champagne blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier, this cuvée is designed to express both elegance and intensity, balancing freshness with layered complexity and refined structure.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Brilliant golden-yellow with fine, persistent bubbles and a delicate mousse.

NOSE:
Complex and expressive, revealing aromas of ripe pear, apple, citrus zest, white peach, and mirabelle plum. These are layered with notes of brioche, toasted hazelnut, almond cream, honey, dried flowers, and subtle spice.
