Palmer & Co. Rosé Solera Champagne is an elegant and distinctive rosé Champagne crafted by the renowned Palmer & Co. house in the Montagne de Reims. This cuvée stands out for its use of a solera-based reserve system, where reserve wines from multiple vintages are continuously blended to build depth, consistency, and complexity over time.

Made from a classic Champagne base of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier, with a portion of Pinot Noir vinified as red wine for color and structure, Rosé Solera reflects Palmer & Co.’s signature style: refined, balanced, and layered with both freshness and maturity.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Delicate salmon-pink with copper highlights and a fine, persistent mousse.

NOSE:
Expressive and complex, showing aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, red currant, and blood orange. These are complemented by notes of rose petals, citrus zest, brioche, almond, and subtle spice from the solera-aged reserve wines.
