Pedro Parra y Familia Bluepit is one of the most celebrated expressions of País, Chile’s historic heritage grape, crafted by renowned terroir expert and winemaker Pedro Parra. Sourced from a tiny parcel of 150-year-old, dry-farmed vines in Ñipas within the Itata Valley, Bluepit demonstrates the extraordinary potential of old-vine País when grown on granite-rich soils and handled with minimal intervention. Fermented with whole clusters and aged in large oak vessels, the wine emphasizes terroir, minerality, and aromatic complexity over fruit-forward richness.

Widely regarded as one of the benchmark País wines of Chile, Bluepit has helped redefine international perceptions of the variety, showcasing elegance, precision, and remarkable aging potential.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Bright ruby-red with subtle garnet reflections and excellent clarity.

NOSE:
Complex and distinctive, featuring aromas of wild herbs, dried flowers, crushed granite, exotic spices, and subtle red berry notes. Aeration reveals layers of sage, thyme, tea leaf, and mineral nuances.

TASTE:
