Perelada Stars Brut Nature Reserva is a traditional-method Spanish sparkling wine from the D.O. Cava region, produced by the historic Perelada winery in Catalonia. Part of the winery's "Stars" collection, this cuvée pays tribute to the internationally renowned music festival hosted annually at Perelada Castle. Crafted in the Brut Nature style, it contains virtually no residual sugar, allowing the purity of the fruit and the character of the terroir to shine through. It is aged for a minimum of 15 months on the lees before disgorgement, providing added complexity and texture.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Pale straw-yellow with subtle green reflections and a persistent stream of fine bubbles forming an elegant mousse.

NOSE:
Clean and expressive, featuring aromas of green apple, citrus, white peach, and delicate floral notes, accompanied by subtle hints of brioche and lees-derived complexity.

TASTE:
Bone dry, crisp, and refreshing. Flavors of orchard fruits, citrus zest, and ripe pear are complemented by notes of toasted pastry, almonds, and a distinct mineral edge. The mousse is fine and lively, providing excellent balance and texture.

FINISH:
Fresh and persistent, with lingering citrus, mineral notes, and a clean, dry finish.
