Crafted by celebrated vigneron Philippe Pacalet, the wine reflects his minimalist philosophy of allowing terroir to speak with clarity and precision. Using organically sourced fruit, indigenous yeast fermentation, and minimal sulfur intervention, Pacalet produces a Meursault that balances richness with remarkable freshness and mineral expression.

The Limozin vineyard lies on well-drained limestone and clay soils near the heart of Meursault, producing wines known for their depth, elegance, and aging potential. Unlike heavily oaked interpretations of Meursault, Pacalet's style emphasizes purity, texture, and site transparency.

COLOR:
Bright golden-yellow with pale silver reflections and excellent brilliance.

NOSE:
