Piper-Heidsieck Sublime Demi-Sec is a rich, indulgent Champagne that showcases the sweeter side of the Piper-Heidsieck style. Crafted from the same foundation as the house’s celebrated Brut cuvées but finished with a higher dosage, Sublime Demi-Sec offers a luxurious balance of ripe fruit, creamy texture, and vibrant freshness.

Designed to be enjoyed both as an aperitif and alongside desserts, Sublime is a modern interpretation of the historic demi-sec Champagne style. Despite its sweetness, the wine retains excellent balance thanks to Champagne’s naturally high acidity, making it elegant rather than cloying.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Brilliant golden-yellow with amber highlights and a lively stream of fine, persistent bubbles.

NOSE:
Generous and expressive, featuring aromas of ripe pear, golden apple, pineapple, dried apricot, candied citrus peel, and honey. Notes of vanilla, brioche, toasted almonds, and sweet spices add depth and complexity.
