Rare Millésime Brut Champagne is a prestige vintage cuvée produced only in exceptional years by the House of Rare Champagne, under the expertise of cellar master Régis Camus. It is crafted primarily from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with a strong emphasis on Chardonnay (typically around 70%) to highlight purity, tension, and aromatic finesse.

Each vintage undergoes long lees aging—often close to a decade—before release, resulting in a Champagne that balances opulent complexity with crystalline freshness. It is known for its distinctive artistic bottle design and its philosophy of expressing “extreme elegance in rare vintages only.”

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Bright pale gold with fine, persistent effervescence.

NOSE:
Highly expressive and evolving in layers. Initial notes of white flowers, citrus zest, and green tea give way to richer aromas of brioche, honey, almond, and exotic fruits such as mango, kiwi, and kumquat. Subtle undertones of vanilla, spice, and chalky minerality add depth and sophistication.

TASTE:
Silky, vibrant, and deeply structured. Flavors unfold in waves—citrus fruits, stone fruits, and tropical notes layered over pastry, marzipan, and toasted nuts. A saline, chalk-driven acidity gives precision and energy throughout.
