SIMI Chardonnay is a classic Californian Chardonnay crafted by the historic SIMI Winery, founded in 1876 in Sonoma County. Sourced from select vineyards across Sonoma's premier growing regions—including Russian River Valley, Sonoma Coast, Alexander Valley, Dry Creek Valley, and Sonoma Valley—this wine captures the richness and fruit-forward character that define California Chardonnay while maintaining freshness and balance. A portion of the wine is aged for approximately eight months in French and American oak barrels, adding layers of creaminess, vanilla, and baking spice.

The result is an approachable, full-flavored Chardonnay that bridges the gap between heavily oaked California styles and leaner, unoaked expressions, making it a versatile choice for both casual enjoyment and food pairing.
