SIMI Pinot Noir is a fruit-forward Californian red wine produced by the historic SIMI Winery in Sonoma County, one of California’s oldest wineries (founded in 1876). Sourced primarily from cool-climate vineyards across Sonoma County (including Russian River Valley and Sonoma Coast influences), this Pinot Noir is designed in a more approachable, modern Californian style—emphasizing ripe fruit, soft structure, and gentle oak influence.

It reflects the warmer New World interpretation of Pinot Noir, balancing bright red fruit with spice, subtle earthiness, and a smooth, easy-drinking texture.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Bright ruby red with youthful purple edges.

NOSE:
Aromas of ripe cherry, raspberry, cranberry, and plum, layered with baking spice, vanilla, cola, and light toasty oak. Subtle earthy notes of forest floor and dried herbs may emerge with aeration.

TASTE:
