Spagnol Col del Sas Quindici16 Extra Brut Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG is a premium, low-dosage Prosecco Superiore crafted by the family-owned Spagnol Col del Sas estate in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG zone of Veneto, Italy. Produced from 100% Glera, Quindici16 is a distinctive cuvée made from the estate's finest hillside vineyards and is notable for its Extra Brut style with virtually no added sugar (0–3 g/L residual sugar). The wine is a blend of approximately 50% from two different vintages, adding additional complexity and depth. It undergoes extended aging in stainless steel on fine lees and a prolonged second fermentation in autoclave, resulting in exceptional finesse and minerality.

The name "Quindici16" represents a more serious, gastronomic interpretation of Prosecco, emphasizing purity, tension, and terroir expression rather than overt fruit sweetness.

NOSE:
Complex and inviting aromas of Williams pear, citrus, white stone fruits, elderflower, freshly cut grass, wet stone, sea salt, and delicate hints of yeast and buttered pastry.
