Suenen C+C Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Extra Brut is a highly acclaimed grower Champagne crafted by Aurélien Suenen, one of the leading producers of terroir-driven Blanc de Blancs in the Côte des Blancs. The "C+C" cuvée is named after the two Grand Cru villages from which it originates: Cramant and Chouilly. Made from 100% Chardonnay, this Champagne showcases the complementary personalities of these exceptional terroirs—Cramant contributing finesse and chalky precision, while Chouilly brings generosity and texture.

Produced in an Extra Brut style with minimal dosage (typically around 3–4 g/L), C+C is celebrated for its purity, mineral tension, and gastronomic versatility. The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged extensively on lees, resulting in a Champagne of remarkable depth, energy, and age-worthiness.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Brilliant pale gold with silver highlights and a fine, persistent mousse.

NOSE:
Expressive and layered aromas of green apple, pear, white peach, apricot, lemon zest, white flowers, fresh butter, almond, brioche, and crushed chalk. Delicate notes of marzipan and pastry emerge with aeration.

TASTE:
Bone dry, vibrant, and beautifully textured. Flavors of orchard fruits, citrus peel, lemon curd, toasted nuts, and chalky minerality unfold across a creamy yet precise palate. The mousse is finely integrated, while the acidity provides exceptional freshness and energy.

FINISH:
Long, saline, and intensely mineral, leaving lingering notes of citrus, white flowers, and crushed stone.
