Suenen Les Robarts Cramant Millésime Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Extra Brut is a highly sought-after, single-vineyard Champagne from Champagne Suenen, crafted by renowned grower-producer Aurélien Suenen. Sourced exclusively from the historic Les Robarts lieu-dit in Cramant Grand Cru, this exceptional cuvée is made from 100% Chardonnay and is considered one of the purest expressions of the Côte des Blancs.
The old vines of Les Robarts are planted on shallow, chalk-rich soils that impart remarkable mineral tension, precision, and salinity to the wine. Produced only in outstanding vintages and bottled with a very low Extra Brut dosage, the Champagne is vinified with minimal intervention and aged extensively on its lees to develop complexity while preserving its crystalline freshness and terroir-driven character.

Tasting Notes
COLOR:
Pale golden-yellow with silver highlights and an exceptionally fine, persistent mousse.
NOSE:
Intense and elegant aromas of lemon zest, green apple, white peach, pear, white flowers, acacia blossom, crushed chalk, oyster shell, toasted almond, and freshly baked brioche. With time in the glass, subtle notes of citrus oil and pastry emerge.
TASTE:
Taut, precise, and incredibly energetic, with flavors of citrus, orchard fruits, lemon curd, and white peach layered over pronounced chalky minerality and saline notes. The palate combines creamy texture with laser-like acidity and exceptional tension, creating a Champagne of remarkable finesse and depth.

Exceptionally long, pure, and mineral-driven, with lingering notes of citrus peel, crushed stone, white flowers, and a saline, chalky persistence.
