Produced exclusively from 100% Chardonnay grown in the Grand Cru village of Oiry in the Côte des Blancs, this cuvée showcases a distinctive expression of Chardonnay that combines generosity with the hallmark chalky minerality of the region.

Unlike the sharper, more mineral-driven style of Cramant, Oiry tends to produce wines with slightly riper fruit and a broader texture, while still maintaining freshness and precision. Vinified with minimal intervention and bottled with a low Extra Brut dosage, the wine is designed to express the purity of its Grand Cru terroir. Extended lees aging adds depth and complexity, resulting in a Champagne of remarkable balance and finesse.
