Produced by the family-owned Domaine Taupenot-Merme, this wine comes from the celebrated Les Rognet et Corton climat, one of the most highly regarded sectors of the Corton hill, known for producing structured, mineral-driven, and exceptionally long-lived red Burgundies.

Unlike the more delicate expressions of Pinot Noir found in Chambolle-Musigny or Volnay, Corton Rognet is renowned for its depth, muscularity, and firm tannic backbone.
