Terroir al Límit Terroir Històric Blanc Priorat is a refined and terroir-expressive Spanish white wine from the prestigious Priorat DOCa region in Catalonia. Produced by visionary winemaker Dominik Huber and the team at Terroir al Límit, this wine is part of the “Terroir Històric” range, which aims to revive traditional field blends and highlight the historical identity of Priorat’s vineyards.

The wine is primarily made from Garnacha Blanca (Grenache Blanc) and Macabeo, sourced from old vines rooted in the region’s iconic llicorella (slate) soils. Crafted with minimal intervention and aged in neutral vessels such as concrete and large vats, it emphasizes purity, texture, and minerality over oak influence or heavy extraction.

The result is a vibrant, structured white Priorat that balances Mediterranean richness with cool, stony precision.

Tasting Notes

Pale straw yellow with a bright golden edge.

NOSE:
Aromatic and expressive, with notes of lemon zest, lime, green apple, pear, white peach, fennel, wild herbs, orange blossom, and a distinct smoky-slate minerality.

TASTE:
