Viña Aquitania Sol de Sol Brut Nature Malleco Valley is a sophisticated Chilean sparkling wine from the cool-climate Malleco Valley, one of the southernmost and most promising wine regions in Chile. Produced by Viña Aquitania, this premium sparkling wine showcases the exceptional freshness and elegance that the region's cool temperatures and volcanic soils can achieve.

Crafted using the Traditional Method (Méthode Traditionnelle), the wine is produced primarily from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, varieties that thrive in the cool conditions of the Traiguén area. Extended lees aging imparts complexity and texture while preserving the vibrant acidity and mineral character that define the Malleco Valley.

Bottled as a Brut Nature, the wine contains little to no dosage, resulting in a remarkably pure and terroir-driven expression of Chilean sparkling wine.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Brilliant pale gold with fine, persistent bubbles and an elegant mousse.

NOSE:
Fresh and complex aromas of green apple, lemon zest, pear, white peach, and citrus blossom, layered with notes of brioche, toasted almonds, fresh pastry, and subtle mineral nuances.

TASTE:
Crisp and refined, with flavors of citrus fruits, green apple, pear, and white stone fruit complemented by hints of biscuit, hazelnut, and chalky minerality. The fine mousse and vibrant acidity create a precise, energetic palate with excellent balance and texture.
