Sourced from the prestigious Bricco delle Viole vineyard in the commune of Barolo, this wine is made from 100% Nebbiolo, one of Italy’s most noble and age-worthy grape varieties.

Bricco delle Viole is one of the highest and most coveted crus in Barolo, known for its cool exposures and slow ripening conditions. These factors produce Nebbiolo with exceptional aromatic finesse, lifted acidity, and finely structured tannins. In its Riserva form, the wine is typically aged longer than standard releases, developing deeper complexity, greater integration, and enhanced aging potential.

The result is a Barolo that balances precision and elegance with the depth and structure expected from a top-tier single-vineyard expression.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Garnet red with orange-brick reflections, typical of fine aged Nebbiolo.

NOSE:
Highly aromatic and complex, with layers of rose petals, dried cherry, red currant, raspberry, orange peel, violet, and licorice. Secondary notes of tar, leather, truffle, forest floor, dried herbs, and sweet spice emerge with time in the glass.

TASTE:
