Based in the village of Chassagne-Montrachet, Vincent Dancer is celebrated for his meticulous vineyard practices, organic farming philosophy, and minimal-intervention winemaking.

Produced from 100% Chardonnay, the Bourgogne Blanc is sourced from carefully selected parcels in the Côte de Beaune, delivering a remarkably sophisticated expression that far exceeds the expectations of its regional appellation. Fermentation and aging take place primarily in French oak barrels, with restrained use of new oak to preserve the wine's purity and sense of place.
