Vincent Dancer Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Blanc is a beautifully crafted French white wine from one of Burgundy's most revered artisanal producers, Vincent Dancer. Based in Chassagne-Montrachet, Vincent Dancer is celebrated for his organic viticulture, meticulous vineyard management, and minimalist approach to winemaking.

Produced from 100% Chardonnay, this wine originates from the elevated vineyards of the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune AOC, situated above the Côte de Beaune escarpment. The higher-altitude vineyards benefit from cooler temperatures and limestone-rich soils, resulting in wines with exceptional freshness, tension, and mineral precision.

Fermented and aged in French oak barrels with a restrained use of new oak, the wine offers remarkable depth and complexity while preserving the purity of its fruit and terroir expression. It is a superb example of how the Hautes-Côtes can deliver Burgundian finesse and value in the hands of a master winemaker.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Brilliant pale gold with green reflections.

NOSE:
Fresh and expressive aromas of lemon zest, green apple, pear, white peach, and citrus blossom, complemented by notes of crushed chalk, wet stone, hazelnut, and subtle hints of brioche and fresh cream.

TASTE:
Medium-bodied and beautifully balanced, with flavors of citrus fruits, orchard fruits, and ripe pear. A delicate creaminess from lees aging is supported by vibrant acidity and a pronounced mineral backbone. Notes of toasted almond and saline minerality add depth and complexity.

FINISH:
Long, precise, and refreshing, with lingering notes of citrus, white flowers, and chalky minerality.
