Revered for his meticulous vineyard practices and minimalist philosophy, Vincent Dancer produces some of Burgundy's most pure and terroir-expressive Chardonnays.

Made from 100% Chardonnay, this village-level Chassagne-Montrachet is sourced from carefully tended parcels farmed organically and with minimal intervention. Fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts, and the wine is aged in French oak barrels with a restrained use of new oak to preserve the precision and mineral character of the fruit.

The resulting wine beautifully captures the essence of Chassagne-Montrachet—combining richness and texture with remarkable freshness, tension, and complexity.

NOSE:
