Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir, the wine reflects Whitcraft's minimalist philosophy, employing native fermentations, restrained oak usage, and minimal intervention to preserve the vineyard's distinctive character. The Donnachadh Vineyard's marine shale, clay, and gravelly soils impart remarkable freshness, minerality, and aromatic complexity to the wine.
