Produced by the cult Whitcraft Winery, this single-vineyard bottling comes from the renowned La Rinconada Vineyard, one of the most celebrated sites in Sta. Rita Hills, located adjacent to the historic Sanford & Benedict Vineyard. The vineyard's east-west orientation and close proximity to the Pacific Ocean create ideal conditions for producing cool-climate Pinot Noir of exceptional complexity and freshness.

Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir, the wine is made using Whitcraft's minimalist philosophy, featuring native fermentations, gentle extraction, and aging in French oak with minimal intervention. The vineyard's distinctive chert and flint-rich soils contribute remarkable mineral tension and aromatic precision to the finished wine.

Produced in limited quantities, La Rinconada Vineyard Pinot Noir is widely regarded as one of Whitcraft's finest single-vineyard expressions, offering a Burgundian sensibility while remaining unmistakably Californian.
