Produced by the cult, family-owned Whitcraft Winery, this limited-production Chardonnay exemplifies the winery's philosophy of minimal intervention and site transparency.

Planted in one of California's premier cool-climate growing regions, Zotovich Vineyard benefits from persistent Pacific breezes, morning fog, and sandy, marine-influenced soils that produce fruit with exceptional freshness and natural acidity. Crafted from 100% Chardonnay, the wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged with restrained oak influence, allowing the vineyard's purity and mineral character to take center stage.

The result is a beautifully balanced Chardonnay that combines Burgundian elegance with the vibrant energy and salinity that have become hallmarks of Sta. Rita Hills.

Brilliant pale gold with shimmering green reflections.

NOSE:
Fresh and expressive aromas of lemon zest, green apple, pear, and white peach are layered with notes of white flowers, sea spray, crushed oyster shell, chalk, and subtle hints of hazelnut and brioche.
