Zenato Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is one of Italy's most iconic and celebrated Italian red wines, representing the benchmark style of Amarone from the historic Valpolicella Classica zone in Veneto. Produced by the esteemed Zenato, this wine marked the beginning of the estate's journey into Amarone and remains a cornerstone of its identity.

Crafted from a traditional blend of Corvina, Rondinella, Oseleta, and Croatina, the grapes are hand-harvested and undergo the ancient appassimento method, where they are naturally dried for approximately four months to concentrate sugars, aromas, and flavors. Following a slow fermentation, the wine is aged for around 36 months in large Slavonian oak casks, resulting in a wine of extraordinary richness, complexity, and longevity.
