Bitter Bastards Fennel Bitters is a distinctive English cocktail bitters designed to showcase the aromatic, intensely herbaceous character of fennel seed. Made with high-proof dark rum, gentian root and fennel, it uses rapid-maceration and centrifugal extraction to preserve the botanical's fresh flavour and clarity.
