Bitter Bastards Wormwood Bitters is a distinctive English cocktail bitters designed to bring the intense, aromatic bitterness of wormwood to cocktails. Particularly suited to drinks that call for an absinthe- or pastis-like character, it delivers concentrated herbal complexity with just a few drops.
The bitters are produced using rapid-maceration techniques to capture the full flavour of the botanical while reducing undesirable over-extracted notes. Centrifugal extraction is then used to clarify the bitters while preserving their flavour and aromatic character.
