Produced from a single vineyard and crafted exclusively from 100% Pinot Noir, Efflorescence embodies the estate’s philosophy of purity, terroir expression, and minimal intervention. The wine is typically vinified with indigenous yeasts, aged extensively on its lees, and bottled with very low dosage, resulting in a Champagne of remarkable precision, texture, and mineral character.
