Silky and exceptionally mature, with flavors of toffee, stewed orchard fruits, dried figs, vanilla, toasted nuts, and gentle baking spice. Decades of oak maturation add complexity and depth without overwhelming the delicate grain character.
FINISH:
Long, refined, and warming, with lingering notes of dried fruit, vanilla, oak spice, caramel, and a subtle nuttiness.
