NOSE:
Complex and mature, with aromas of vanilla, honey, dried apricot, polished oak, toasted almonds, and orange peel, followed by subtle coastal smoke and sea-salt notes.
TASTE:
Rich and silky, revealing layers of caramel, toffee, dried fruit, vanilla, roasted nuts, and dark chocolate. Gentle peat smoke, maritime salinity, and mature oak add depth without overwhelming the delicate grain character.
FINISH:
Long, warming, and sophisticated, with lingering notes of dried fruit, vanilla, polished oak, gentle smoke, and coastal salinity.
